Managing tenants across vast areas can prove tricky to get reliable trades on-site when they’re truly needed. We can be engaged as the on-call tradesperson designated in NSW Fair Trading residential and commercial tenancy agreements. Beyond that, we prefer to be engaged normally (exc. emergencies) via regular contact/quote/do/charge method for ordinary upgrades and low-severity repairs.

Negotiated emergency call-out fees can be discussed depending on volume of properties explicitly advised about us being the new designated trade. Same applies where the Real Estate are happy for us to visit tenancies to check smoke alarms and apply our sticker to power box on-engagement, fostering a positive approach with your tenants.
